Her whole thing is that her magic has about a 90% misfire rate, but still tries to improve, leading to funny stories. How it was broken is not known.

GOKAAAAI... SILVER!

I don’t entirely follow this blog, but I’ve seen scattered images of it around here. I’m kind of curious as to how her magic has been affected by the fact that her horn is broken, or even how it got broken in the first place, but I’m too lazy to dig through the archives myself.
