It’s not the same image, stop messing concepts up.
It’s been updated, it can be merged forward, alright, but that means it’s not the same picture.
it’s literally the same picture and deviant art link have only one picture of it with nothing edited in since 1st of March which was the time the original was uploaded. If the differences are so unsignificant that no one notice them then it still shoudn’t be counted as new picture or it can be easily taken advantage of when spamming
It’s not the same picture, there are smaller differences.
The deduplicator is usually very good on this.
it’s the same picture with same link, if it have a better size/resoultion then the old one should be merged with this so we won’t have 100 identical picture with different size
Well I appreciate the help on that.
This is larger, though.
People should always check the image’s size before claiming it’s a dupe.
Heck, even better, nobody should ever say “Dupe”: they should just report the duplicate image.
And anyway, it’s not even a dupe: there are small differences, probably an artist’s update.
