At least in relation to skiing, double diamonds are some of the more intense mountain trails to ski on. At least until you get to the triple diamonds, but those are usually around deathwish level of conditions.
 
I still would have preferred Frostbite or Snowdrift, but the name could be worse. At least it implies that he’s one hell of a skier.
