The letters already there are G g l e. What do people commonly refer to as zero? O(pronounced like “oh”). What’s missing? The two o’s.
This is Equal Starlight, and her position is roughly in-between where the two O’s would be. And as anybody can tell you. Zero=Zero. So Starlight being where she is makes perfect sense. It’s a very subtle math equation, not just a random picture.
I think the “change” reflects Google’s (…flattened), Material Design look…
