Not with consent; Cosmia tolerates it because of submissiveness to Pinkamena, not because she enjoys physical pain. Maybe she has some psychological masochism because… well I don’t know. You see, she is my ponysona, and I don’t really understand this part myself.
 
Certainly different from the current standards of SM, which has its own highly ritualized standards and is unrelated to domestic abuse, and usually doesn’t cause actual bleeding.
