Actually, I hadn’t done the blur effect on this version.
I was able to do a gaussian blur just fine for the bottom half to look close enough.
But fixing up the lightness and/or brightness to match in the middle just didnt seem to work.
It was always visably off somehow.
So I’ve just left it as originally intended with the two parts connected properly, at least.
@Amethyst_Crystal
Well I was meaning one super fancy painting type thing, but this is pretty good too. By the looks of it though you applied some sort of zoom blur on an image or selection and that made it cut off when it was added to a bigger image or whatever.
@ColdhardSilver @LemonDrop
I’m sorry. :(
I’ve tried to make it more seamlessly combined.
The blurring is actually the easy part.
But I’ve tried to fix the brightness/lightness/etc, but I just can’t figure out how to do it.
I’ve never tried something like that before.
Haha, I remember looking it up to double check… and finding out it was quite something else.
I guess I forgot to take it off myself, thanks. :P

I’m more concerned with the obvious cut-off you can see mid screen.
But hey a bit of photoshop should mediate that.
It’s subtle enough.
