Some artists/writers prefer pairing Time Turner (aka Dr. Whooves) with Rose/Roseluck rather than with Derpy; even some fans prefer that pairing. This is far from a sign that IDW has forbidden Derpy (which would be odd, since she’s more prominent in the comics than in the show); heck, I’d say it’s not even a sign that Tedly won’t use Derpy, which is something I’ve long suspected.

How do you go from a comic without derpy because she wasn’t born yet to your conclusion?
