There are about 5 quintillion snowflakes in a large snowstorm (say, enough to cover a small town to a foot deep).
So, sorry, no, I have to assume that hoof-made snowflakes are merely used as fresh templates for making lots of others. (They get re-made since they don’t last well and you don’t want to make copies of copies.)
