This is from the ending of The King of Fighters Maximum Impact 2 (or 2006), one of those rare good attempts at 3D by SNK PLAYMORE. Played it hard (and it’s re-release) a few years ago in a local arcade shop despite its GTA 3-ish graphics. Kula was one of my mains, along with Billy Kane.
