Hail glimmer
Isn’t also a bit arrogant for him to assume that just because a mod didn’t catch the misused tag meant that is was approved by the mods?
And the way he was talking to me wasn’t a problem?
He was telling me I was lying about what I put on my “About Me” as if he know me, where I put that I’m not “trying to annoy, troll, are upset people”.
Troll is a bit far.
You act unreasonably when you claim to be trying to help. Your intentions may be good, but you go about things with the sort of righteous arrogance that makes people call you a troll.
It doesn’t really matter how right or wrong you were in what tags you added or removed; it’s the way you talked to people that was the issue here.
And please, send us a report next time you go about completely wiping out a tag and people start arguing with you about it.

I tried to tell he but he outright called me a troll, so how was my attitude not right?
If anything my attitude was a response to his.
@WanderingPony
You think calling me a troll is being reasonable?
When I was trying to explain to you why the use of an artist tag was wrong….
Thank you. I’d tried being reasonable here before asking for moderation.
@Prof.NightJack
edit:<name> should be a thing, and I’m making it one at least as long as none of the other mods disagree. It conveys useful information.
While technically your tag changes were almost right, I must say that your attitude is not. You definitely should have reported this instead of getting yourself into a minor tagwar and arguing about it.

Hail Hydrox!
The tag is just “edit” not “edit:name”

Screenshot with text over it, you can NOT use the artist tag for that.
“Some of those were tagged that way because people keep mistaking my more subtle work for actual dialogue from the comics.”
It’s called the “edit” tag.
As for the ones with the original artist tagged, I told you why, you tagged one without the artist tagged as well as ones from the comic and show.
You want a mod to tell you how it works then ask them, I was only doing clean up because they have said how it works so many time I like to help.
It wasn’t trolling as I even told you about the misuse of the tag.
Sorry I got you so butthurt but if you didn’t make it look like you where full of yourself by tagging them all like that then i wouldn’t of done it.
Some of those were tagged that way because people keep mistaking my more subtle work for actual dialogue from the comics. All of them were tagged with the original source. They had moderator approval. (I’ve gone through this before.)
Kindly leave them alone in the future. I’d rather deal with this stuff politely in comments rather than reporting it to moderators.
Oh, I get it. I had a couple of things swapped in my head.
Changeling Soldiers: “Hail Hydra! Hail Hydra! Hail Hydra!”
Also, maybe if you only tagged yourself as an artist on the images with another artist tag on them I would bye that you didn’t do it thinking you deserved to be called an artist for simple edits, but it was on ones that are edits from the IDW comics and even a screenshot.
Sorry that you are butthurt for someone pointing out how you miss-used a tag.
And the About Me is not a lie.
Two years. You pulled em off all of my uploads and even the ones that I didn’t upload and someone else did but were my work, like https://derpiboo.ru/221949
Heck, KTurtle on https://derpiboo.ru/678059 loved it (literally, check the comments) and he’s the original artist- and yes, it was tagged when it got pointed out. So thanks for
trollingbeing helpful. And change the “About Me” on that user profile, it’s a lie.No, if you have the original artist tagged then it’s is alright for you to tag yourself as an artist as well as it also credits the original artist, WanderingPony didn’t do that and only had himself tagged as artist.
Actually the mods likely didn’t notice it, but they are the ones that set how the artist tag isn’t used for small edits, so I was just helping out by cleaning up, and the oldest that tag was said 9 months, not two years.
A long while ago, I uploaded an edited image of Applejack with a chocolate wrapper in her mouth instead of the original item.
You’re saying that I didn’t need to add the original artist’s tag to it?
You’re the first person to mention that in…oh,
two years now. Thanks for your excellent tag-removal skills, performed on tags that moderators had happily approved of since 2012.golfclap
