Yup. Her mane, her wings, and her dress. All ruined due to being soaked in the Smooze’s slime so she can’t try to beat the villain again since even the tip of her horn got covered so her magic can’t be released.

Poor Celestia, she looks so sad on account of being a victim of Worf effect yet again.

This is the first time we see Celestia where, although she is fully conscious, has her Alicorn magic, and is 100% healthy, her mane is not sparkling and flowing like it normally does.
 
The reason: She’s soaked in Smooze slime, rendering her mane limp with being so waterlogged. And her wings don’t look that much better either soaked with Smooze as well. Not to mention the tip of her horn covered with slime so she can’t even use her Alicorn magic either.
 
Another case of Celestia being put on the back burner when it comes to dealing with a villain? This being the latest in a line of those, including letting the Mane Six handle Discord, being overpowered by Queen Chrysalis, being captured by the Plundervines, and after giving her magic to Twilight, being sent to rot in Tartarus by Lord Tirek?
