It’s more this than “getting crap past the radar”. I don’t think writers ever intended to make this kind of “crap”.
THAT SAID, the rest of us who aren’t little kids can interpret it in multiple ways, some of which are very, VERY unsafe. This is what is known as getting crap past the radar, and this show is brilliant for it.

I just posted a screencap with puush, a screencap taken directly from the show, need I add.
My description has nothing questionable in it, there is nothing grimdark or sexual shown here whatsoever, it’s a pair of characters making facial expressions that I found funny, but yeah, if people want to interpret if in a particular way and joke about it then whatever, but the image itself is completely safe.
I’m not going to argue with you though over what rating it should have, I’ll leave that to the viewers and the folks commenting to decide, though I will admit that we should probably keep it at questionable if it appeases both parties.
