Twilight had no idea that Celestia had been prepared for this even before the Gala started. Celestia knew inviting Discord meant inviting a ton of chaos, mischief, and discomfort for her to the party, but she made it so that no one, not even her former student, knew that she was simply playing along with Discord’s antics for her own excitement and amusement.
 
Twilight’s reaction when Celestia reveals the ruse is priceless. She continues her apology for a bit longer, then the stunned and shocked reaction that follows when she finally gets the message that Celestia, despite all the discomfort that Discord and the Smooze put her through, actually enjoyed herself, is just priceless!!
 
First The Best Night Ever, now this. What more can Celestia do to liven up the Grand Galloping Gala for her own excitement while acting like she is still being discomforted by the actions of the guests she invites to the party?
 
Whatever happens at the next Gala is sure to be even better for Celestia than this!!
