Oh, right. Cripes, I have utterly failed to keep up with non-movie Marvel(C) media. Come to think of it, my nieces’ Skylanders(R) stuff uses a similar super-deformed style.
I found it, I think it is rather recent.
I know it is stylistic but it makes me feel… uncomfortable.
80’s or late 90’s series? Can’t say I recall anything in particular with a style similar to this.
Oh, I see it now, the two lines looked to me like the outline of a knee cap.
Also I think I remember a cartoon series that was a bunch of super heroes shaped like this so they would look like the mini-action figure toys they had.
Seems like there’s a knee, then fainter lines right above that denoting the hip. Super-deformed toon proportions, to be sure.
Looks like a knee to me.
Pretty sure the stubby legs stop about where his right hand’s resting.
