First rate fuel is interaction with dialogues and what they actually say. Something that writer, director and animators are doing.
Second rate fuel are interaction with no dialougus but still focused on screen. Something just director and animators are doing.
And third rate the most meaningless are the background things and standing next to eachother. Basically just what animators are doing.
