Korean war is not over yet.

and blues is not a reserve force. he’s a servic eman on active duty

But yes, there are no active wars going on, so soldiers would do things like discipline training, marching drills and all things calm. I was a former cadet, so I know the feeling(not in war that is, just army exercises for me).
