This is a good question. The vast majority of Tree Hugger pics are spoiler tagged.  
Shouldn’t the spoiler tag be used only if the upload has scenes or context from the episode itself, not just because a character was introduced in it?  
I can understand this reasoning for Troubleshoes: his true nature and character is a spoiler in itself…  
but Tree Hugger doesn’t suffer from walking spoiler syndrome like him, imo.
