Fing crits. They cause more Nuzlocke deaths than I could be bothered to remember. For example, Zimzy the Plusle from ProJared Plays’ Alpha Sapphire run. Winona’s Altaria critted it with Earthquake. Point is, f crits.

I agree, it was a good twist. I loved Dazzle’s li’l “My God what have I done” moment after realizing what he did, and angry/sad reaction show he does care about his owner Diamond Tiara alot, despite their clashes. Which is a li’l cute/touching in a way. Let’s see if he’s willing to even give himself up for her.

He’s so upset his “dot-eyes” turned into cartoony eyes.

I also like all the subtle gaming nods throughout this series, like the “Yoshi’s Island” target reticle.

uh, so he was supposed to chain stop the goomba and get extra lives? you can only do that with koopas though. why is your level tied to your body? why didn’t they know that? why did they swap back? why did they swap in the first place? what is discord even trying to do?
