Maybe it’s like blindsight(the condition not the book) where they aren’t able to consciously hearing the sounds but there unconscious mind is, and somehow it turns it into visual information

That reminds me of how it was weird for me to watch some episodes of the loony tunes show since Porky Pig didn’t stutter nearly as much as I kept expecting him to.
& the bit from Loony Tunes Back in Action where he complained about not being able to get work since he wasn’t “politically correct” or whatever he actually said.
I’m saying they won’t confirm it; because, the second they did confirm it, political correctness groups would jump out of the woodwork to get her declared ‘offensive’ to people with either of these conditions. Because, in their mind, EVERYTHING is offensive.
How, exactly, would they ‘do’ something that they’ve basically already done as much as is doable and they can only keep doing by doing nothing?
They won’t, for various reasons, but I would enjoy it if they did.
