@Hubba
This is a WWII-Extended/Korean War level of technology, so unless their defenses include magic force fields they’re pretty much toast in a modern air battle. Turbo-prop fighters and jabos just cannot hang with even third generation fighters– much less the fourth- and fifth generation that are standard in the world’s largest air forces– and any aircraft with even rudimentary ASM/AGM capability could hit a big and relatively stationary target like a ZMCV all day long with Harpoon/Exocet/Penguin/Kayak/Kormoran type ASMs or Maverick/AGM-130/Kedge AGMs. As cool as flying aircraft carriers are in science fiction, CVs are called “bomb magnets” for a reason, and having half of their battlespace blocked by ocean is a pretty good form of air defense.
So we have magically powered armored airships launching somewhat archaic-looking fighters (although that “bomber” on the catapult is sporting what looks like turbo-props). I wonder how this force would stack up against contemporary human air-power, could you modify cruise-missiles like the “harpoon” to target their slower air-ship, for example? Their hulls would likely shrug off SAMs designed to take out our comparatively flimsy fighters… Any thoughts?
It’s been a rough year.
Seven months and you’re still not sober? I think you might have a problem.

Now notice the pinkish smoke coming from the viewpoint ship in the lower left.
Yep. Air carriers.
Whahy wauts?
