We’ve never really seen the pre-war part of the Fallout universe. We’ve mostly been told about it through the intro screens, notes, terminals, and stories from Ghouls – character with nearly no skin and are effectively immortal thanks to radiation. The closest we’ve ever gotten are two simulations in Fallout 3. It’s actually a really big thing.
