It wouldn’t do you much good if you knew. this is just standard placeholder text, and doesn’t really mean anything in Latin.
 
However, the source of this place holder text is this passage from Cicero’s De finibus bonorum et malorum (On the Ends of Goods and Evils):
 
Neque porro quisquam est qui dolorem ipsum quia dolor sit amet consectetur adipisci velit.
 
which translates roughly to:
 
Nor again is there anyone who loves or pursues or desires to obtain pain itself, because it is pain.

The lorem ipsum text is typically a scrambled section of De finibus bonorum et malorum, a 1st-century BC Latin text by Cicero, with words altered, added, and removed to make it nonsensical, improper Latin.
