Keeping in mind that sizes generally go from A to D, smaller to larger, I learned just recently that sizes are more complicated than that. Apparently it’s also important to note that “cup size is relative to band size”, or the fuzzy circumference measurement of their torso. Am I right?

Fluttershy, works with animals all day everyday, usually out doors, I’m going to say small b. She just looks weird being that flat.
 
Pinkie Pie, hyperactive, but eats a crap ton of sweets. I’m going to have to go with a bigger c cup.
 
Applejack, kicks trees, eats apples, does farm work, I’d say a smaller b cup.
 
Rarity, don’t really know, for some reason I’m seeing her as a c cup.
 
Twilight, big nerd, slightly bigger a cup.
 
Rainbow, fine as is.
 
Derpy, tig as bitties. DD cup. Being clumsy makes ’em fit well.

I think it’s pretty boring honestly, they all have the same basic cup size. Viewing it a little larger, it’s hard to tell if they have any breasts at all. Except for Twilight and Rainbow.

also the modeling on fluttershy’s mane is really breaking
