Maybe it could be postulated that the pic is saying she has become so powerful and learned enough about the portal’s magic over time that she can maintain her humanized form even through the mirror in Equestria.
 
…Actually, that’d be an awesome idea - Sunset, especially after the events of Friendship Games, has become so powerful and is experienced enough with the portal that if she went back now, she could keep her human form in Equestria if she desired. In some ways, because all her real bonds have come in the human world, I kinda think she now sees herself more human than pony now anyways.

That is what I was thinking.

The full version of this has reviewer KP standing off to the side. I like her, but this pic doesn’t lose anything by cropping her out. Arguably it’s better since its focus isn’t divided.
