That’s likely up the stairs. Pinkie Pie unsleded into her room easily enough through the front door. The building’s probably got a back area that the cupcake attaches to as well, and Pinkie Pie rents the back rooms.

I’m pretty sure this is the cupcake on top of the Corner. Though I can’t even begin to explain how the trapdoor to the Pinkiecave works without involving hyperspace.
