Yeah… no. Most of those examples you just gave are really specific situations, none of which can be attributed to this image. “They feed her” would probably be the most likely one past straight-up vore, but even then we don’t see any cake crumbs or anything like that around her, or silhouettes of ponies in the background to suggest that they’re there to feed her. All she’s saying is “ponies make me fat”, so the most likely thing is that it’s vore.

I think the implied cannib works better. All we know is she’s eating ponies. We don’t know the exact method. Although, tagging it with implied vore might make this image more accessible. I dunno.
