I guess she’s into vehicles that can fly than just dreaming a pair of wings.  
So hot air balloon, then a copter now a boat…I’m okay with this.

Cherry Berry flies so many different vehicles that no one even blinks when she’s fowing a boat through the sky.

Her dream just started and she’s already bailing out.

I do wonder sometimes if we’ll ever learn the names of the animators behind some of the bg events. Like, it was mentioned regarding Slice of Life how it wasn’t just the fans who picked out these ponies, it also reflects on how much a show can be improved if the bg is also alive. Like, who was the person who added the derped eyes? Who was the one who decided to put LyraBon together in bg events? And who is the one who decided that Cherry Berry was the flying pony? These events aren’t created by the writers, but by people futher on during production who we don’t often hear about.

Dash doesn’t know whether that’s a dream or just regular Ponyville.
