Actually, when I said “many”, I meant to say “at least a few”. Also, when I said “deceptive, insect-like queen”, I can’t believe I forgot to add “shape-shifting”!

It is mentioned many times during the series. Vexus even disguised herself a few times, including her first appearance In “Tradeshow Showdown”. Disguised as a kindly robot nurse named Vee, she was brainwashing robots into joining a group known as the Cluster, a group of evil alien robots that wanted to enslave the humans of Earth. Jenny dealt with one of their members before , the unnamed Cluster Ambassador in “Doom with a View”, and was offered to join them. (As you might have guessed, the offer was rejected.) She told “Vee”, “You don’t have to be a member of the Cluster!” Vee then laughs, and replies: “Oh, Jenny, I’m not a member of the Cluster…” Vexus sheds her disguise and tells her: “I am its queen.” In the movie, “Escape from Cluster Prime”, it is revealed that she is, in fact, the queen of the Cluster’s entire planet, known as… Well, Cluster Prime. It is also revealed that THIS deceptive insect-like queen also deceives her own subjects! Her own daughter, even!

To clarify, the protagonist was fitting in as a teenager, not the villain.

I’ve seen an AMV on YouTube of Crysalis singing Yzmopolis from the Emperors new School and every time I listen to that song I think of Vexus describing Cluster Prime the same way a Yzma does in that Song

Nope. Vexus and Chrysalis are a bit similar. Some of Vexus’ minions are insect-like.

Never really got into My Life as a Teenage Robot, though I must admit what little I saw wasn’t bad.

I like that show. And Vexus was awesome because she was voiced by Eartha Kitt!
