Beats the fuck out of me. The one we’ve gotten for S5 was accurate during the entire first half of the season and it also got an article on EQD, though, so this just being an attempt to dodge discussing the leak is something pretty plausible.

How do leaks like this happen?
There’s lying, and there’s trying avoid discussing a leak that’s so far proven to be entirely accurate.
What it boils down to is we just won’t know until the episodes air. Which, if he IS lying, is exactly what he wants.

Well, I’ve been told the original poster of the leak admitted they made it all up. I doubt the crew has any reason to lie about this.
That’s all I needed to hear. Or in this case, read.

I guess the phrase “A lie is halfway around the internet before the truth has a chance to put its pants on.” really is true.
If you’re talking about the original poster admitting it was all made up, evidently that didn’t spread as far as these rumors, because some people still think these are real (or at least they’re still hoping they aren’t).
Oh, THAT was already confirmed at this year’s SDCC. His name just isn’t Brash Buck. And if these leaks didn’t get his name right, how can we possibly trust the rest of it? Especially since it came one day after all the SDCC reveals?
Equestria Daily did an article about all the new info we gathered. I suppose you didn’t read that. :/
All I actually looked at from SDCC was the Cutie Remark animatic. Though there wasn’t much in that animatic that surprised me greatly.
