Well, it could still mean the same thing in this situation seeing as how the Gems percieve fusion.

That’s how I saw it. What I want to know is how did Garnet and Pearl have enough room in the trap to fuse?
the last sardonyx fusion was a step in the right direction but that might be more of a self-preservation kind of thing rather than garnet forgiving pearl.
Should she reappear I believe she will still be a very enjoyable character. Or just a reminder of a time when Pearl hit a new low. Maybe both.
