I can have both since my post about Rarity (where I was wrong about the way I presented it) and your crappy attitude\personal offenses towards me that followed it are two completely different topics and if you still think the manner in which you were attempting to discuss Rarity how bad of a person I am is acceptable, then I have nothing else to discuss with you and don’t want to ever see you again. EVER.
 
Meaningless conversations like this outright disgust me, so do the people who insist on continuing them. However, what disgusts me even more is knowing that they will treat silence as a sign of their superiority\victory and thus become even more arrogant or annoying in the future. Or, like happened with you, they will treat it as a personal insult and bring it up whenever they can in the future. Ignoring people like you is THE ONLY WAY of escaping a meaningless OCD-filled debate. By the way, if you haven’t noticed, I took only part of the guilt in what transpired here because if it weren’t for you, none of this would have happened. So congrats on provoking me then derailing the topic and turning it into complete sht! You and your friend seem to like doing that… can’t win - change the topic! Nice logic.
 
As the conclusion, I want to say that I changed my mind about my previous statement. I think with people like you it doesn’t matter how and where I post, so I will just continue posting wherever I like (a bit more restrained though) and instead outright ignore and report people like you. After all, this and the previous conversation showed that you probably need psychiatric help to overcome your obsession and until you get it or re-evaluate your behavior talking to you is absolutely futile and pointless. You just outright ignore anything and everything you can’t disprove when it contradicts your own opinion. So much for accusing me of that type of behavior and then demonstrating every and all negative traits of yours that’s I’ve mentioned for everyone here to see… that is if they are willing to look for them. In fact, I think talking to a wall would be more interesting and rational than what happened here… at least you can’t expect the wall to honestly listen and not talk back sht to you.

Thanks for a neutral explanation, I see your point and I fully agree that there is my fault in what happened here. I already felt bad about all this spectacle pretty much immediately after stuff went down the road. Also, my first comment here was really mean, I dunno why I wrote it like that (at least it didn’t offend anyone personally) =/
 
But then again, I don’t think that throwing personal offenses is the way to resolve behavior like this. Even if the other person tried telling me something along the lines of what you did, it got drowned in the sea of pointless accusations and lowsy behavior. So yea, I’ll try to be more reasonable about where and what I post in the future… don’t really want to attract people like him.

Think of it like this. If I went to an image and started making comments about what a horrible jerk character Rainbow Dash is or that Twidash’s a joke of a ship that makes no sense, I’m pretty sure that no matter how many times I could say “no offense to TwiDash fans because this is only my own opinion” in so many ways, it’s gonna sit badly with you and some people. That’s why it would be a jerk thing for me to do. Nobody’s saying you can’t have your own opinions, but to constantly go making passive aggressive comments like you did at the beginning of all this, to follow up with the long winded character bashing thing, just makes it seem like you’re baiting people as an excuse to start drama where there is none, and in any case is just plain mean spirited to people who like and care about those characters or whatever. Just treat people the way you’d want to be treated yourself… pretty easy really.

I only have issues with mods if it’s allowed to groundlessly (or at last without any proof) accuse other users straight out of the blue when all they did was state their view in a polite and completely correct manner… Well, not at first but I did elaborate what I meant in my second comment and it ended well before you showed up. So basically right now you are my issue.
 
Or maybe I am biased after all… I do agree that this place is not exactly the best choice for starting a shitstorm like this but then again, this wasn’t my intention and it would have ended perfectly if not for you bringing up personal grudges from the past.
 
And yes, it is only the second time we met and apparently it was enough for you to call me, among other things, a troll who ignores people all the time (just because I ignored you this one time) and thrusts things onto everyone (just because I refused to accept your point of view back then).
 
If you really wanted to drop this you’d stop replying by now. Plus if your goal was so noble, you’d talk less about me ignoring you the last time or my “erroneous” view but rather about not stating my opinions in incorrect places. All you did was mention it once and then continue on with your accusations that I’m a liar and so forth.
 
At this point I’m pretty much interested only in what mods have to say here. If it is acceptable to act like you did, then maybe I should do exactly that the next time. I never even once brought anything personal into any conversations before the other party did, neither would I want this to change.

“A very, very long and persistent record” how is it long? I’ve been in like 3 discussions and left around 4 single comments max. And that is since the day I registered here. Lots of people post waaay more than I do on certain topics either accusing or defending something they like or dislike.
 
I am not a native speaker and not knowing how to express myself briefly (and sometimes at all) is indeed a major issue of mine. I know about it but sadly can’t seem to make any progress in overcoming it. In my opinion, I expressed myself quite nicely in my first comment and the recipient seemed to agree with me. It wouldn’t have turned into this nonsense if not for you know who showing up and bringing up old personal grunges. He has been doing nothing but accusing me of various stuff this whole conversation so I don’t really see why you are targeting specifically me when all I did was just express my opinion as politely as I could. Are we not allowed to do that? Or are we supposed to keep quiet and not respond when someone is talking sh** about us?

You pretty much implied it in our previous conversation. Whatever negative trait I mentioned you claimed she got over it or the trait was there just for comedic purposes. Doesn’t that count as you trying to prove she is flawless? Oh, and don’t forget the list of why she is awesome that overshadows any and all of my comments up to date in its length.
 
Also, change of topic is quite a big change to the way you argue. I stopped arguing about a lot of topics I used to after realizing I wasn’t correct or that people should be allowed to think whatever they want. The same thing I’m trying to stand for here: you and me see the show in different ways. THERE IS NO CORRECT WAY of interpreting it, so your accusation of me not agreeing to see the stuff your way is hollow at best. It is pointless to argue because you DON’T REALIZE that there is no correct interpretation and keep thinking I’m wrong and must be convinced otherwise, no matter the cost. This discussion and all previous ones were completely POINTLESS, so let’s just quit it already. FFS, even the mods have already showed up =P

I’ve seen you argue plenty of times because I had to dig through your comments to find the stuff you said earlier, and most of it is you just calling the other person a troll and repeating yourself Mojo Jojo style to make what you have to say more drawn out. I didn’t see it all because I filter out grimdark and vore and stuff like that so those comments don’t even appear for me, admittedly, but from what I did see I don’t see much change in the way you argue, just the topic itself.
 
Lastly, since, again, I’m not reading all of that, I’m going to respond to this:

I don’t think flaws are necessarily the same as negative traits from a contextual standpoint, but where have I ever said this? Flaws strengthen a character, if anything, because perfect characters suck. You repeatedly accuse me of claiming that she’s flawless, but where did I once say that? I just tell you that she has a lot more positives than you give her credit for and you just ignore what I have to say (which, by the way, is a big reason I’m not really reading everything you say - get what you give and all that.)
 
So yeahh - you’re basically just saying that nothing I say matters based on a claim that I apparently made that I actually think is bullshit in of itself and that it’s pointless to argue with me because of such.

First things first, if you want to hide images where Rarity is alone, add “rarity, solo” to your complex hidden filters or complex spoilered filters on the filters page. That will remove most of the images you don’t want to see.
 
Second… I’ve checked your comment history and you have a very, very long and persistent record of dropping onto any image that has Rarity in it and basically just bitching about the fact that she’s there using more words than some fairly substantial newspaper articles. You are more than capable of expressing an opinion without resorting to all this passive-aggressive nonsense.

If you HAVEN’T noticed, we aren’t even talking about Rarity right now. All we are doing is basically you offending and throwing insults at me because I’m obviously such a bad person for disagreeing with you and me doing nothing but defending myself by disproving crappy statements of yours. And while I’m not interested in Rarity, I always try to ignore her to my best ability until the dam eventually breaks and I have to let some of the tension out, I am interested in defending what’s left of my reputation on this site.
 
I don’t argue over it often (how many more times do I have to say it for your thick head to finally acknowledge my words? Or is it possible at all? I suspect at this point you are not even listening to what I say preferring instead to live in the fantasy world of yours) and I did take preventative measures by calmly stating my opinion with all necessary disclaimers and asking not to start a shitstorm. Obviously it wasn’t enough to stop you from bringing up personal matters and derailing the conversation as per usual.
 
Also, I filtered plenty of tags already but if I filter Rarity I will lose lots of group shots and other cool stuff so nu-uh. If you haven’t seen me arguing about anything other than Rarity than you haven’t seen me arguing at all. Most of the time (and much more often than Rarity) I argue about attitudes, general stuff and artistic preferences, mainly when it comes to vore. Rarity stacks up to like 20% of my arguments at best.

Believe it or not, but I am all for sharing and listening opinions of other people, even if I challenge them a lot. I learn and accept some of them, which is shown by me changing the manner in which I discuss some topics over the past few years.
 
I’m not mad at all right now. Sometimes I do get mad in my discussions, but right now I’m only annoyed. Annoyed that you keep accusing and offending me even though I didn’t do anything of the sort in return. You are not having a discussion right now, all you do is accusing me of stuff I didn’t do and trying to prove that you were correct in the previous conversation just by trying to picture me as a horrible person who would go and bucking murder someone if he so much as disagrees with his opinion… That or burn his flat, run away, change his name and start a new life if someone dared to challenge his opinion of blue being the best color.
 
Again, you’d show me fragments from the show (only the good ones obviously) and tell me that your interpretation of them is correct and me “injecting personal speculation” isn’t. Furthermore, you will claim that anything bad I can say about her has been miraculously fixed and rectified by her learning a lesson or was just a joke by the writers. Basically the same thing you already did earlier and the very same thing you are butthurt about me not accepting or outright “ignoring”. Obviously it is so “irritating” to have a person who has his own opinion which directly contradicts to your own and knowing that neither you or him can prove or disprove one another. I’m not saying your opinion sucks but you are basically saying that my does so much that you don’t ever want to so much as hear it again, and certainly not give it a though. If you hate her so much, why not just filter her tag? Don’t tell me that it’s because “I might miss good art” either, because you clearly aren’t appreciating the art if your only initial comment is going to be talking about how much you hate something that wasn’t in that big a role of it, as you did here. If it clearly bothers you that much, just fucking hide the tag and drop it. God. You act like you don’t like doing this, but you do it so often and refuse to take any preventative measures from keeping it from happening. Share your opinion if you want, too - I’m all for that. Just don’t get pissy when people challenge it, like you’ve done every single time someone has challenged your opinion. Also, I am almost certain that some people would find cases when they disagree with necessity of your comments. I suppose that if you are so protective of her than there surely must have been cases where you were overprotective and done stupid and uncalled things. However, I am too lazy to browse your comment history to find any (mainly because I would get really bored by it) so feel free to ignore this point if you wish.
 
And I don’t really consider the scant number of conversations about her divided by over 40 months of me being on this site as a lot of arguing. It will probably be one comment/discussion per 6 months in the absolutely worst case scenario. Can you say the same? I doubt it.

If we lived in perfect society we would have just allowed anyone to have their own opinion on things and limit to probably just stating our own for comparison purposes rather than attacking them. There are though cases when you just WANT to say something (like I did on this picture) just to express how you feel rather than convince anyone you’re right.

Both are plausible (and I think you even admitted that it COULD be that way back than) and both hold right to exist.

That’s complete BS dude, I would have lied if I knew there were 5 or 10 of them and I purposefully belittled it and said 2. If there were 3 and I forgot about one since it didn’t have anything memorable in it then it is hardly lying. Everyone makes mistakes, and this one is so small that you are basically grasping at the straws right now. The very same thing you always did - continuing discussion when it’s gone beyond meaningless, just arguing for the sake of arguing. I am NOT interested in stuff like that since I know that the last to post in a discussion is not necessary a winner. Sometimes the only winning option is not to play the game in the first place. Also, I hate when people accuse me in stuff I am not guilty of, so that “challenge” was a perfectly natural response. From now on, if you want to accuse me of anything, do it by presenting proof rather than hollow words. It isn’t even related to our current topic but rather to the way in which you present things.

There was something along these lines in that discussion, but then again it was kinda heated and I didn’t have the necessary insight on the issue back then so I kinda went with the only assumption of why someone would like a “bitch” like her… It IS how I see it cuz I would never even tolerate people like this in my close circle. So yeah, now I have a few more opinions gathered from adequate folks who told me they like her exactly for her numerous flaws (however it works) instead of trying to deny she has any flaws like you did back then.
