Chrysalis might have beaten Celestia in a beam fight (and even cheeselegs was surprised she won), sure, but the other two she didn’t even try to fight.
 
NMM makes sense because its her sister and Discord woulda turned her into one of those science toys that show the earth spinning around the sun

Duck - Shills for Shillary

Hate to say it but compared to DisQord, and Chrysalis, Nightmare Moon is a bit light. Perhaps she just really underestimated Twilight and her friends.
 
DisQord was to busy having fun to care, and basically fell into the same trap.
 
Queen Chrysalis on the other hand was the only Enemy Archetype to actually pwn Celestia. Supposedly the most powerful Pony in the whole World, or at least in all of her Realm. And, for that I LOVE her!

I’d give Chrysalis the northeast. Fillydelphia, Manehattan, farmland. Lots of resources and two large population centres for her subjects to feed in.
 
NMM gets a sphere in the middle of the map. Canterlot, Ponyville and Everfree. She gets her sister’s seat of power and the capitol.
 
Discord gets the rest :P

Chrysalis keeps pushing for her own personal revenge, Discord continually points out every flaw in her plans just to set her off, and Nightmare Moon wonders if they will ever actually get around to actually doing something.
