Well technically that’s the fault of the film. Not the character.  
2.- WTF are you talking about? on the two movies he never mentions Sunset AT ALL, (I’m talking about him not brainwashed) when they are on the same room they dont even interact with each other  
It’s called the silent treatment. Maybe you heard about it

Well even so that technically still counts as a character trait either way.  
5.- Because he has to look “cool”, It even looks like Rainbow, Trixie and Sunset are better than him  
Rainbow and Trixie were only good for the plot. And Sunset probably learned it from Flash.  
6.- Because he’s a forced love interest  
Las time I checked characters are only love interest when the main character is crushing on THEM. Not the other way around.

Ironically, we know more of Human Flash Sentry, yet Pony Flash IS the 1-dimensional character just because he has been left on the foreground. Maybe you’re right, Chickadee was more interesting than Pony Flash, but Human Flash has more background. Rainbow Rocks made us look the worse of him, hopefully Friendship Games will have him bring his best to mend fences after the Battle of the Bands fiasco.

Hell, even Silver Quill himself noted in his video about Flash Sentry that we know even less about the pony version of Flash, and it’s the human Flash that has had the “romance” (if you can really call it that) with Twilight.

That’s it. Your claim that’s she’s “way more interesting” is nothing but unconvincing rhetoric.
 
If Flash had taken more time in the movies, people would have decried his stealing of the spotlight. There is nothing expressly wrong with who he is as a character, and finding him boring is not a good reason to hate him.
