They use Spanish words, but use Mexican pronunciation and insults, but given that the game takes place in what seems to be Spaxico, it doesn’t really matter.

Less photoshop, more like makeup and a LOT of pictures.
 
They do it in reallife too, take like 100 pictures, then search for the best. That the model looks like a 90 year old hag in all the other pictures doesn’t matter if she looks good in at least one of them.
