Shrug. I mean if they obeyed gravity accurately they wouldn’t exactly be able to fly in the first place, but maybe? I’m not really an expert on flying horsehuman L shaped creature science.
Or any useful sciences either.
Interesting pic. Shouldn’t Fluttershy’s lower half be hanging down due to gravity though?

Fair point. I still feel that it would look better a little higher but eh. Aesthetics. Tis a subjective thing.
I think they look good there. I mean, the human portion of their bodies are obviously much lighter than the horse parts, so placing the wings where they would be on a “normal” pegasus makes sense.
At least it’s not another one of those that puts the wings on the human part of the body angel style, those look ludicrous.

Nah man, “Scootablue”. “Archer” implies “Scootablue” because that tag is technically for the character in my avatar at the time of posting this comic rather than someone who does archery.
