No, I’m pretty sure she’s just turning her head. For one thing, you can see that the fabric of her costume is twisted around at her neck. Also, if her back was toward us in the first few frames, then the way her arms and legs are arranged doesn’t make much sense. I’m not even sure what you’re thinking is going on, but whatever it is, it seems more complicated than her just twisting her head the wrong way.
