For years there’s been this idea in my head about the “Hour of Twilight”. The Twilight Cult wants to corrupt Twilight Sparkle and use her to bring about everlasting… uh… twilight…

or he could of eaten them. deathwing is a lot of things: Satan’s pet dragon, Armageddon if it had a mind of it’s own and a body, nightmare fuel for a dragon and maybe even Satan himself but above all else he is a dragon and real dragons(unlike spike)eat meat, so he’s definitely going to eat the mane 6, hell for i know he could probably start with fluttershy, knowing her she’s going to land on this dragon’s snout, start scolding him and then said dragon proceeds to blink before eating her.

i love how rainbow dash is all like “i’m not a joke i’m a real threat”. also in reality deathwing wakes up for just a few minutes and the world goes straight to hell, because honestly from what people keep saying about this guy everytime he wakes up the world goes straight to hell, it would be like when discord took over ponyville only a million times worse.

Should have picked up the ground beneath them, flew into the atmosphere, and flung them into space.

The Friendship Laser seemingly needs a conduit. The Elements were that until Rainbow Power, which seems to be a metaphysical energy powered by the seed of the Tree of Harmony. However, I assume there could be a while to channel the power from their spirits, if the tree and castle were destroyed in a future FiM entry, eliminating the ability to use Rainbow Power. Perhaps it’ll be explained that Rainbow Dash exhibits various facets of Friendship-type magic because she “thinks happy thoughts” and “claps her hooves to believe”. Regular-ass fire cannot hope to penetrate the shield of a Princess Wizard God(dess) descendant from Jesus, but not all the future villains will use regular-ass fire or other conventional attacks, I imagine. Assuming one of the villains is Asgardian, or more likely, Olympian, lol.

In both cases, the villains’ attacks were blocked by the power of their friendship, not by a spell one of them did. One was rainbow power, one was the Element of Magic reacting to the presence of Twilight’s friends even when the other Elements weren’t physically there. That’s why I called it a Friendship Intervention, because the power of friendship literally intervened.

I’m not even entirely sure Her Highness put up that shield. Could’ve been another Friendship Intervention like in their fight with Tirek or Sunset.

Twilight, did you have to use the shield? All of you could have gained an Achievement if you let yourselves be burned just once.

After failing to destroy even the Care Bear world, the dragon then tries to burn an actual packet of gummy bears to make himself feel better.
