RD’s hair changes from Green+red to multi-colored as well. They’re changing from the El cheapo bargain doll designs to the Normal price range dolls :p

When Pinkie Pie changes herself from School Spirit to Sporty Style, her hair is a little dark in the beginning, but in the end her hair gets medium light.

What I find annoying is how Twilight’s the only one with decently large wings; the others are really crappy butterfly ones, but at least hers are large enough to give off a decent design.
 
if you have those wings, give ALL the winged characters the good wings, don’t just shackle the others with bargain bin ones because “Lol not twilight”

New spike? she’s the new twilight, she’s got front and center promotion of the Friendship games cover, and was practically the mane character of Rainbow rocks. Plus, she was the central figure of friendship through the ages and her own music video.

Nah, I found both movies good.

As far as I’m concerned, the first one was pretty bad, but had some funny moments; the second one was pretty good despite some plot conveniences. The third I’m withholding judgement on.

Probably due to toys. Even still, the previous EqG designs grew on me, but yikes are these bad.

They all look horrible in these clothes. Rarity looks the best though.

The first movie was gods awful the second was okay I liked it to a degree but overall the idea is stale and boring the highschool setting is extremely cliché and done to death it has little potential in that regard especially when compared to the show.
 
I personally find the designs unappealing and wonky and the outfits they actually wear in the movie is exactly the same as the others and I hate that at least attempt to make them unique like put Pinkie in some overalls or something.
 
There’s a lot less of presence from the movies nothing feels important or like the threats are really that threatening I guess that comes from the school setting again.
 
Overall I don’t hate EQG but it’s not great either.

It is terrible. Most people did a 180 turn from back when we first heard about it to now. But I thought it looked stupid and like a bad idea back then, and this far in after watching it I still do.

I couldn’t make it through the second movie. Doesn’t help that I’m not really that big on Daniel Ingram and musicals in general.
