It is unfortunate that they couldn’t allow something in FiM in terms of getting into that boundaries. I’d imagine the race having eyeballs and fingernail in the style of modern mexican cuisine. (Traditional Mexican Tacos with eyeballs and fingernail/claws in form of edible chips corn or just the tortilla ones)
 
Afterall, we have burgers and hot dogs in this universe in the style of the show, so I would like to see what kind of cuisine that the tenochtitlan denizens eat. Mainly the race whom I assume are an endangered species and Zotl is an undercover basis of his REAL name whom I think is the offspring relative to the aztec god Tlaloc. Who ironically have the same colors as Zotl in the show having turquoise as well as the one in the myth who (again) I’m assuming is an Ahuizotl species.

I really hope they pull of a new daring do episode before season 5 ends…
