And in Cutie Mark Chronicles, they showed her a piece of paper, and then at the test motioned her forward, and then later got turned into plants. We really didn’t get to know them, and in every time after that they were just in the crowd. (Oh, add a fourth appearance: In Equestria Games, they are in the stands, out of focus but recognizable. >>615741)
 
And those are the parents we see the most of! (C’mon, Larson and company! Show us Scootaloo’s parents or let her be found in a cardboard box and adopted by Dashie already. We know you guys do read the fanfics…)

We’ve seen them at least 3 times. Cutie Mark Chronicles, Canterlot Wedding and Magical Mystery Cure. I’d love to see an episode where they react to becoming grandparents though.

That’s something completely different. “Square Crossover” means ponies and humanized characters in the same picture.
