It’s an interesting design, but unless you’re going for making it look unequine, than the massive front half and tiny back half definitely throws it off. It looks kind of like a ball with really weird hinds, from this angle, instead of a pony robot. The massive neck doesn’t help. It mostly just accentuates the massiveness of the barrel.

The ears are clever, though. Feels like they should be sparking with electricity, like a Jacob’s ladder.
