Quite true.. There’s still more megaman fan game out there that’s still hasn’t been found yet. For example: Megaman Dongs.
Mega Man Unlimited is the last thing anyone should consider their standard for a fangame. …Well, not the last thing, but it still shouldn’t be considered.
