Y’know, I dont know what is more worrying - a depressing comic about immortal person going crazy due outliving her family, friends and everybody around or the fact that said comic is tagged as “safe”

The two panels after she starts talking are definitely “applause” shots, where instead there is just deathly silence. Can you imagine watching this? Just silence, her grinning maniacally, and then out of nowhere that proclamation?

As it turned out, Discord didn’t even need to use his big bag of tricks on the Princess of the Sun. Simply seeing her kingdom destroyed and her little ponies all distorted into wicked parodies of their former selves was all that it took, fraying her mind slowly around the edges and dissolving further inward until the once-powerful monarch could no longer distinguish reality from fantasy. Her Royal Guard and the Elements of Harmony were there to protect her; her loyal subjects safely sheltered within the palace’s lavish halls. All was well, peace had been restored, and chaos would never reign supreme again.
 
Those still sane enough to form actual words say that, after the fall, Discord himself began to avoid the Canterlot Palace and its sole occupant. Even he found the pitiful sight of his former foe to be a bit too sad to lay eyes upon.

Taking a look through the artist’s tag, the first instance of some kind of scene with Crazylestia is this:  
 
This doesn’t count a couple other Crazylestia things the guy’s uploaded, so we could assume this is where it started. The candles on the cake saying “501” and the fact that the sack Luna takes on her current design might suggest this takes place after Season 1. The moon still having the “Mare in the Moon” sign, on the other hand, could suggest that this is either an alternate bad end to the first two episodes, or Celestia had to banish Luna to the moon again, and it all went downhill from there.

that theory holds no water as a previous image in this “Series” of images showed most if not all of the known villains are completely dead and have been fashioned into a coat, and discord has been decapitated by the looks of things.
 
No what this is a proper BAD END, one of the worst kind of bad ends.

I’m 99% sure this is an alternate ending to The Return Of Harmony, where Discord wins and discorded everyone.

Looking at those watermelons makes me wish I had Gmod back when melon racing was still a thing. Now it’s gone, along with field ‘halo’, dynamically-fading mushroom clouds and half the essential HL2 lightmaps even though I have it installed…

I’m convinced this is some alternate universe where somehow Celestia is the only pony left alive.
