so it’s too dangerous for the walking flamethrower, who is also bulletproof and is probably ten times stronger then any pony to join the crew. but its ok for ponies like Fluttershy and rarity to join. . . I call bullshit on that one.

I can understand the misconception. From what I have read they are going against the “world” government if they are against Celestia, they are on a boat, they have a crew of differing specialties, and they take jobs that may break the law while having a main goal they are striving to acheive. They’re similar to the Strawhat pirates of One Piece, even though I know this is supposed to be a Black Lagoon like comic.
