A part of it likely stems from something that seems particularly harmless, tries hard to go against how it looks. It’s generally something to take pity on, but due to it already being adorable, comes across as simply cute.

Just like how Rarity looks cute when she is acting rugged. Pinkie as a laid back pony is cute when she is serious.

It’s not a matter of seeing her as a yandere… Pinkamena’s more of a Yandere, Pinkie’s more of a Deredere: Characters who are entirely sweet and energetic and show this personality to everybody.
I think it goes without saying that most see her as far too sweet to be harsh as “Pinkie”. The poofy hair contrasts heavily with a harsh atmosphere, but her being serious about parties or her friends towards a character who might not care as much, I suppose, would be one way to bring about this personality.

I understand, i guess everyone is just so used to seeing Pinkie as a Yandere, which is totally reasonable and i will be drawing her as a Yandere later on!
