Gusty powers her wind magic by spinning her tail, and is moody because she’s something of a social outcast due to the odd nature of her powers (neither unicorns nor pegasi tended to feel entirely comfortable around her when she was a filly). Rather than breaking her will, this hostility galvanized it, making her strong and confident, but also leaving her quite bossy and with little patience for the personality quirks of others. She is both stubborn and capricious, and even her smallest, briefest whim can escalate into a full-blown crusade if somepony challenges her on it. She has a good heart, and is always quick to stand up for those who can’t stand up for themselves, but her relationships with the ponies around her would drastically improve if she’d just learn to compromise, even a little. The map sends Twilight and Applejack to teach her how to listen.

Posey is Fluttershy’s sister(or other relative) who is mostly just like her, except she loves plants.
 
Wind Whistler is a Pegasus Scholar who becomes friends with Twilight and/or Starlight, and Rainbow Dash thinks Whistler isn’t “acting like a Pegasus”. The episode revolves around the lesson of not taking stereotypes so seriously.

It’s because in the original version of that picture, Surprise and Buttons were above their respective texts, but the artist changed their positionings and forgot to change the text.

I really like how this was made although there is only a little problem with this. For Buttons and Surprise it should say (below) not (above). It doesn’t ruin the picture at all, and it is a very easy mistake to make.

I would love an episode in season 4 where Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy have to deal with a pony who has a bad case of pessimism.
 
Wind Whistler’s personality reminds me of my dad’s.

Shady was okay in small doses, but the one I really miss is Wind Whistler.

Gusty looks epic here.

Too bad those characteristics were based mostly on the descriptions on the back of toy packages :(

They really should bring back Shady, or reincarnate her personality to another pony in G4. I do like the bios and designs of Gusty and Fizzy.
