As weird as these faces and bodies are, there is still some hope for their children as long as each of them mates with another inbred with a different set of extreme genes in their genetic inheritance. Any exaggeration can be undone if they each mate successfully with enough people then each could produce a few normal looking kids. Remember that even the most extremel of close matings can produce children who look utterly normal The sex beast Fritzel raped his own daughter and had several children that looked normal even thought a lot of matings were an eventual miscarriage or stillbirth and others suffered ill health.
