It’s actually a symbol for commerce; the proper one for health would be ONE snake coiling around a pole without wings a the top . But people misuse it like this all the time.

I thought the same thing.
Its possible that Radiant Hope plans on drawing half of Sombra’s darkness within herself to help keep Sombra sane and stay with him, even if it mutates her into a Nightmare in similar shape and form as Nightmare Rarity.
