I find the background a bit…incongruous compared to the actual focus of the image. Sure, by themselves, the eating Pinkie and the tubes in the background scream “unethical science experiment”, but…the project forcing Pinkoe to fatten herself would not be making those things in the back. They don’t go together.

I find that stereotype ironic, ‘cause I’m quite skinny IRL, and the obesity rate is increasing in some other countries too. I guess the joke just gets kinda annoying sometimes after hearing it so much.
 
Also, I never really see other nations get it as much, like the “drunk Russian” jokes, and such which seem dead now. I’d be able to tolerate it more, if people mocked other nations too occasionally. (Though, I guess America’s an easier target, sense it’s one of the few countries you can mock without being called “racist/xenophobic,” or something.)

I don’t know, frankly they get old after hearing/seeing them on nearly every “fat gag” pic a million times. It’s about as funny as the ancient “British have bad teeth” jokes, and such at this point.
