This… this is just the logical conclusion to all the drama on this site, isn’t it? All the drama since the fandom began has just been building up to this singularity.

When I saw this was tagged for Drama, I thought that like… the thing on his jacket was similar to some kind of emblem from like…WW2 German pilots. But nope, people just see Asses everywhere.

Okay: There’s a tradition called “blood wings” where upon receiving some sort of medal of honor (using a pin) the point of the pin is shoved into the chest. When he originally received the badge it may have been a pin that was swapped for a cloth badge later on. This suggests that his coat has been worn for decades and has a lot of personal sentimental value. If true this explains the mark in the center as where the point of the pin was pushed through.
